镁合金表面镁铝锡类水滑石膜的制备及其耐蚀性Preparation and corrosion resistance of Mg-Al-Sn hydrotalcite-like conversion film on magnesium alloy surface

摘要(Abstract):
首先在Al~(3+)/Sn~(4+)前处理液中在GZ91K镁合金表面制得前驱体膜,随后在Na_2CO_3后处理液中将前驱体膜转化为镁铝锡类水滑石膜。利用扫描电镜(SEM)和X射线衍射(XRD)分析膜层的表面形貌和成分,利用极化曲线、交流阻抗和浸泡析氢实验评价该转化膜的耐蚀性。结果表明:前后处理时间对前驱体膜及镁铝锡类水滑石膜的生长产生重要影响;当前处理时间为1 h,后处理时间为24 h时,制备的水滑石膜连续、致密,此时的腐蚀电流密度(8.2×10~(-7)A·cm~(-2))约为基体(119.5×10~(-7)A·cm~(-2))的1/14,提高了镁合金基体的耐蚀性。
