煅烧温度对溶胶-凝胶法制备钛酸锶性能的影响Effect of calcination temperature on properties of strontium titanate prepared by sol-gel method

摘要(Abstract):
采用溶胶-凝胶法合成了钛酸锶光催化剂,研究了煅烧温度对钛酸锶性能的影响。结果表明,钛酸锶粉体呈不规则的颗粒形态,样品中存在钛酸锶Sr2TiO4和TiO2两种物相。在较高煅烧温度下制得的样品中Sr2TiO4含量增加,而TiO2含量减少,煅烧温度变化对Sr2TiO4晶粒尺寸的影响较小。在800℃煅烧制备的钛酸锶样品具有最大的比表面积和最佳的光催化活性。经紫外光照射120 min后,甲基橙在钛酸锶样品上的光催化降解率达到78.0%。
