22MnB5硼钢的气雾淬火工艺参数优化Optimization of water-nitrogen spray quenching process parameters for 22MnB5 high-strength boron steel

摘要(Abstract):
对比研究了常规固体淬火、气态压缩空气淬火和气雾(氮气和水)淬火3种方式,发现气雾淬火具有最大的淬火能力和淬火速率调节范围。采用Box-Behnken模型对气雾淬火方式下加热温度、保温时间和开始淬火温度工艺进行三因素三水平响应曲面试验优化,并对试验结果进行回归分析,建立气雾淬火后工艺因素对板料力学性能的响应曲面模型并进行优化,得到了高强度22MnB5硼钢最佳气雾淬火工艺参数为:加热温度893.21℃,保温时间5.35 min,开始淬火温度706.09℃,淬火硬度预测值538.644 HV,与试验工况(893℃-5.35 min-706℃)的结果基本一致。
