40Cr钢的高温热塑性High temperature hot ductility of 40Cr steel

摘要(Abstract):
采用Gleeble 1500热模拟试验机对40Cr的高温塑性进行了测定,并应用扫描电镜对拉断后试样的断口形貌进行了观察。应用Thermo-Calc热力学计算软件对实验钢在400~1 600℃的主要析出相以及A1和A3温度进行了计算,根据A1和A3温度的计算结果选取不同测试温度的试样进行组织形貌的观察分析,以便深入了解40Cr钢的脆化机理,理解某钢厂生产的40Cr钢频繁出现横裂纹的原因。结果表明:40Cr钢的第Ⅲ脆性温度区为600~900℃,实际生产过程中应避开这一温度范围,在铸坯表面温度高于900℃时进行矫直。
