表面复合改性碳纤维增强HA复合材料Hydroxyapatite composites reinforced by carbon fibers after compound modification

摘要(Abstract):
采用溶胶-凝胶技术在低温氧化处理后碳纤维表面涂覆HA涂层,获得复合改性碳纤维增强HA复合材料。研究并测试了碳纤维的改性工艺、改性后碳纤维表面的微观形貌以及不同碳纤维含量下复合材料的抗弯强度和断裂韧性。结果表明,在400℃氧化30 min的碳纤维表面具有较高的活性和较大的比表面积,在HA溶胶中提拉5次后碳纤维表面形成一层与基体结合性能较好的膜层。复合改性碳纤维可显著提高HA材料的力学性能,当碳纤维含量为3%时,复合改性碳纤维/HA复合材料的抗弯强度达到最大值79.8 MPa,比基体提高了3.2倍。当碳纤维含量为4%时,复合改性碳纤维/HA复合材料的断裂韧度达到最大值1.85 MPa·m1/2,比基体提高了2.3倍。
