渗氮处理对SLD钢表面CrTiAlN涂层组织与性能的影响Effect of nitriding treatment on microstructure and properties of CrTiAlN coating on SLD steel surface

摘要(Abstract):
采用多弧离子镀在SLD钢表面制备CrTiAlN涂层。利用扫描电镜(SEM)、原子力显微镜(AFM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、划痕仪和摩擦磨损试验机等研究渗氮处理对SLD钢表面CrTiAlN涂层的组织结构、力学性能和摩擦磨损性能的影响。结果表明,未经渗氮处理的SLD钢表面CrTiAlN涂层的微凸体较多,CrN相以(200)晶面生长,涂层显微硬度为2423 HV0.01。渗氮后,CrN相以(111)晶面择优生长且晶粒更加细小,涂层显微硬度提升24%,磨损机理以磨粒磨损、黏着磨损为主,磨损率下降。
