混合稀土(La-Ce)在快速凝固Cu-Cr合金中的作用Effect of Rare Earth (La-Ce) on Rapidly Solidified Cu-Cr Alloy

摘要(Abstract):
比较了混合稀土(LaCe)对快速凝固CuCr合金不同状态下组织和性能的影响,结果表明:在急冷态,稀土元素消除了CuCr合金部分柱状晶,稀土元素本身的添加使显微硬度有所提高;抑制时效后CuCr合金二次Cr颗粒的析出,使硬度值随时效温度变化相对比较平稳,提高热稳定性,延缓了过时效的发生。此外,稀土元素改变了CuCr合金共晶组织的短棒状或层片状形态,大多以网状共晶组织存在,经退火共晶组织更加清晰化。
