原始组织对高速车轮钢滚滑接触疲劳磨损性能的影响Influences of microstructure on rolling-slip contact fatigue wear properties of high-speed wheel steel

摘要(Abstract):
采用滚滑接触疲劳磨损试验和纳米压痕试验以及光学显微镜、扫描电镜等研究了两种不同原始组织高速车轮钢的滚滑接触疲劳磨损行为。结果表明:无碳化物贝氏体车轮钢比珠光体车轮钢具有更好的耐磨性。两种钢经磨损试验后,表层组织发生演变并在表面产生白层组织。珠光体钢白层区域弹性模量低,塑韧性差,白层易剥落降低耐磨性;无碳化物贝氏体钢次表层变形区的塑韧性较好,阻碍其表面裂纹向内扩展,提高了耐磨性。
