含铜铁素体抗菌不锈钢中抗菌相的析出行为Precipitation behavior of antibacterial phase in copper-bearing ferrite antibacterial stainless steel

摘要(Abstract):
对含铜铁素体抗菌不锈钢中的抗菌相及其析出行为进行了试验研究。结果得出:抗菌相的实际成分接近纯铜,其临界析出温度达到900℃,最佳时效温度为750~800℃。高分辨电镜和电子衍射揭示该抗菌相具有包含(111)[11 2]孪晶和层错的多层结构,其生长方式是层片结构沿[11 2]Cu方向的拓张。抗菌相的生长行为主要受空位浓度影响。
