稀土钐对AZ61合金组织和性能的影响Effects of Sm on microstructure and mechanical properties of AZ61 alloys

摘要(Abstract):
采用XRD、OM和SEM等手段研究了稀土钐(0~2.0wt%)对AZ61合金显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,稀土Sm可以显著提高时效态合金从室温至175℃区间的抗拉强度和屈服强度。在AZ61合金中加入0.5wt%~2.0wt%的Sm后,合金的显微组织得到细化,Sm优先与A1形成高熔点Al2Sm弥散相。在研究范围内,加入1.5wt%Sm的合金从组织到各项力学性能最优。
