超级奥氏体不锈钢904L在高温高浓度硫酸中腐蚀行为Corrosion behavior of super austenitic stainless steel 904L in high concentration sulfuric acid at high temperature

摘要(Abstract):
采用动电位极化曲线和电化学阻抗谱(EIS)研究了超级奥氏体不锈钢904L在不同的高温高浓度硫酸中的腐蚀行为。结果表明:随着温度的升高,904L在浓度89 mass% H_2SO_4中耐蚀性逐渐降低,120℃时出现了负阻抗,由活化转为钝化;随着硫酸浓度的升高,904L在温度为60℃硫酸溶液中腐蚀速率先减小后增大,最后又减小,在浓度为60 mass%的硫酸溶液中出现极小值,在浓度为80 mass%硫酸溶液中出现极大值,在高浓度的硫酸溶液中904L更容易发生自钝化。
