B4C含量对激光熔覆Fe基陶瓷复合涂层组织及性能的影响Influence of B4C content on microstructure and properties of laser cladding Fe-based ceramic composite coating

摘要(Abstract):
选用同一参数,激光熔覆了Fe基合金加不同含量B4C陶瓷(10%、15%、20%、25%和30%,质量分数)的复合涂层,分析比较了B4C含量对涂层显微组织、相组成、显微硬度以及耐磨性能的影响。结果表明,虽然熔覆粉末中B4C含量不同,复合涂层显微组织都是由平面状晶、胞状晶、树枝状晶和等轴晶组成,但含20%B4C涂层上部等轴晶区晶粒尺寸最小,当B4C含量达到25%及以上时涂层组织中分布着的B4 C出现富集现象;不同B4 C含量涂层物相都为α-Fe、Fe2 B、B4 C、Fe23(B,C)6和CrB等,且各组成相的含量差异不明显;不同B4C含量熔覆层显微硬度分布相同,较基材都明显提高,其中含20%B4C的熔覆层显微硬度最高达到1370 HV0.2;磨损试验表明,不同B4C含量熔覆层耐磨损性都明显优于基材,而含20%B4C熔覆层磨损量也最小。
