真空退火处理软磁合金的直流磁性能Magnetic performance of vacuum annealed soft-magnetic alloy

摘要(Abstract):
经过真空保护高温退火,1J50软磁合金可以获得好的直流磁性能。退火工艺参数对软磁性能有特定的影响。在这篇文章中,根据国标设计了1J50试样,并对试样进行了一系列真空保护条件下的高温退火实验。研究了退火温度和保温时间对试样直流磁性能和微观组织影响。结果表明:退火工艺参数与材料的微观组织和磁性能之间存在非线性的关系。建立了磁性能、晶粒尺寸和退火工艺参数之间的数学模型来描述他们之间的定量关系。
