Ti6Al4V表面Al2O3/MoS2涂层的阴极等离子电解沉积及性能Preparation and properties of Al2O3/ MoS2 composite coatings on Ti6Al4V alloy by cathodic plasma electrolytic deposition

摘要(Abstract):
利用阴极等离子电解沉积技术(CPED)在Ti6Al4V表面制备了Al2O3/Mo S2减磨耐蚀复合涂层。利用XRD、SEM、EDS等检测手段分析了复合涂层的形貌、物相及元素分布。结果表明,涂层表面呈多孔状,厚度为100μm,由α-Al2O3、γ-Al2O3与Mo S23相组成。涂层与基体结合强度达35 N。与Ti6Al4V相比,该涂层的摩擦系数降低了1/3,腐蚀电位显著提高,腐蚀电流密度下降,有效减缓了基体的腐蚀速率。
