铝合金等径角挤压和多向压缩变形中析出相的回溶研究Investigation on dissolution of precipitates in Al alloy deformed by equal-channel angular pressing and multi-axial compression

摘要(Abstract):
利用透射电镜(TEM)研究了等径角挤压(ECAP)和多向压缩(MAC)两种强塑性变形方式对Al-Cu合金中θ′相变形过程中演变。结果表明,随着应变量的增加,析出相先是与基体失去位向关系,随后破碎、回溶。在相同应变量下,MAC变形使析出相回溶的速度明显高于ECAP变形。应变引起析出相回溶受界面反应型回溶机理和界面弯曲效应机理共同作用。
