等离子体电解阴极沉积Y2O3陶瓷涂层Y2O3 Coatings Deposited by Cathodic Plasma Electrolysis

摘要(Abstract):
在Y(NO3)3水溶液中,以Fe25Cr5Al合金为阴极,研究了等离子体电解阴极沉积Y2O3陶瓷涂层的规律。研究发现,当施加的槽电压超过临界值时,阴极发生气膜微弧放电,在合金表面沉积出Y2O3陶瓷涂层。研究了施加槽电压、沉积时间、Y(NO3)3浓度对沉积Y2O3陶瓷涂层的影响。扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)分析结果表明,获得的Y2O3陶瓷涂层表面具有熔融的特征,涂层致密与基体结合牢固。探讨了等离子体电解阴极沉积Y2O3涂层的机理。
