常化处理对2.9%Si+0.7%Al无取向硅钢织构及磁性能的影响Effects of normalizing on texture and magnetic properties of 2.9%Si-0.7%Al non-oriented silicon steel

摘要(Abstract):
以2.9%Si+0.7%Al无取向硅钢热轧板为初始材料,利用金相显微术、EBSD、XRD对比研究了常化处理/不常化处理对后续组织、织构演变以及磁性能的影响,分析了常化处理对各厚度层织构演变的影响。结果表明,常化处理改善了冷轧前组织的均匀性并弱化了热轧变形织构。与不常化处理相比,常化处理使最终成品板的晶粒尺寸增大,使各厚度层的γ纤维织构减弱、λ纤维织构增强,从而使磁性能得到明显改善。通过适当提高常化处理温度来增大晶粒尺寸,有助于成品板获得更大的晶粒尺寸,并在各厚度层形成更弱的γ纤维织构以及更强的Goss织构、λ纤维织构,使磁性能得到大幅改善。另外,发现在热轧、常化、冷轧、退火板的厚度方向上均存在明显的织构梯度。
