超超临界锅炉用TP310HCbN热变形行为Hot deformation behavior of TP310HCbN alloy for ultra-supercritical boilers

摘要(Abstract):
在Gleeble-3800热模拟试验机上,利用热压缩试验研究了TP310HCb N合金在变形温度1050~1250℃、应变速率0.1~20 s-1条件下的热变形特性,并建立热变形本构方程,得到其热激活能为467.412 k J/mol;在本实验条件下,随着应变速率的提高,再结晶晶粒尺寸先减小后增大,以应变速率5 s-1为分界点;采用分段函数推导出TP310HCb N动态再结晶晶粒尺寸模型,在适用区间内均具有较好的拟合度。
