Ni75Cr19Al6合金中DO22相标度行为的含应变能微观相场研究Microscopic phase-field simulation for scaling behavior of DO22 phase in Ni75Cr19Al6 alloy with strain energy

摘要(Abstract):
基于含应变能的微观相场动力学模型,利用结构函数归一化因子和标度函数,对Ni75Cr19Al6合金沉淀后期DO22相的粗化行为进行研究。结果表明:DO22相的结构函数归一化因子和标度函数在沉淀后期阶段均表现出标度行为,加入应变能后,DO22有序畴尺寸在非弹性"软"方向上的长大受到阻碍,DO22有序畴的体积分数也减小,结构函数的归一化结构因子和标度函数曲线峰值均小于未加应变能的值。
