尖晶石LiMn2O4薄膜的溶胶-凝胶制备Preparation of spinel LiMn2O4 thin film by sol-gel process

摘要(Abstract):
以柠檬酸为螯合剂,与硝酸锂和硝酸锰形成均匀稳定的溶胶,采用旋转涂布(Dip-coating)技术在不锈钢或单晶硅基片上沉积LiMn_2O_4正极薄膜,考察了升温速率、退火温度等对其形貌、组成以及结构影响。结果表明:随着退火温度降低以及升温速率的减小,薄膜的表面均匀性增加;在升温速率1℃/min,700℃时退火2h获得了与基片结合性能良好、表面均匀、无裂缝、无剥落现象的具有尖晶石结构的纳米LiMn_2O_4薄膜,有望作为阴极材料用于全固态薄膜锂离子电池。
