冷却速度对Thermo-Span合金组织和持久性能的影响Effect of cooling rate on microstructure and stress rupture life of Thermo-Span superalloy

摘要(Abstract):
采用扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)研究了固溶冷却速度对改型低膨胀Thermo-Span合金组织和持久性能的影响。结果表明:固溶冷却速度由空冷变为水冷,其它热处理条件不变,含0.05%B合金晶内析出γ′相的数量未见明显增多,而颗粒的尺寸变小,形态没有改变,晶界析出增多。合金650℃,600MPa的光滑持久性能保持较高水平,合金的缺口敏感性消失。
