2A02合金叶片锻件淬火残余应力分析及其消减机理Distribution and reduction of quenching residual stress of 2A02 aluminum alloy blade forgings

摘要(Abstract):
采用ANSYS数值模拟法和显微压痕法对经淬火处理的2A02铝合金叶片锻件的残余应力分布进行分析。结果表明:经过500℃、2 h固溶处理后立即常温水冷的2A02铝合金叶片表面的应力分布为:叶片表面为残余压应力,近叶头部分淬火残余应力数值最小,随着到叶根部分距离的减小,淬火残余应力数值变大。还通过ANSYS数值模拟方法对2A02铝合金叶片的模压冷变形过程进行模拟以计算处理后的残余应力。叶片经过模压冷变形处理后,沿厚度方向的淬火残余应力显著降低,当压下量为厚度的2%时,残余应力的消减效果最佳。
