复层铁基粉末冶金材料的摩擦学性能Tribological properties of multi-layer iron based powder metallurgy materials

摘要(Abstract):
采用粉末冶金工艺制备基体致密、表层多孔含油的双层复合铁基含油材料,用HDM-20端面摩擦磨损试验机评价其摩擦磨损性能。结果表明,改变表层中TiH_2的含量可以实现孔隙率的变化,有效改善润滑性能,适宜TiH_2的含量可满足复层材料力学性能和润滑性能的平衡;在较高负载工况时,复层材料润滑性能较单层烧结材料好,且随着表层厚度的增加,摩擦系数先降低后升高,当表层厚度占材料总厚度的50%时,复层材料的承载能力最高,摩擦磨损性能最好。
