稀土在钢中作用的研究进展Research progress of function of rare earths in steel

摘要(Abstract):
稀土在钢中的作用日渐引起科研人员的重视,国内外最近几十年内积极开展了稀土对钢材改性方面的研究。综述了近年来国内外采用稀土处理钢的研究成果和进展,介绍了稀土在钢中的作用机理。在钢液中添加稀土元素具有净化、改性夹杂物、微合金化和细化晶粒等方面的效果,在此基础上介绍了稀土元素对钢材性能的影响,包括韧性、耐热性、耐腐蚀、耐磨性和抗疲劳性等。最后在总结现有研究成果的基础上,对稀土在钢中工业化生产现状以及面临的问题进行了探讨,对稀土钢品种的开发以及工业化生产进行了展望。
