复合热处理对ZG20CrSiMn耐磨铸钢组织和性能影响Effect of subcritical quenching and cryogenic treatment on property and microstructure of ZG20CrSiMn abrasion-resistant casting steel

摘要(Abstract):
采用金属模具浇注新型ZG20CrSiMn槽帮低碳耐磨铸钢,研究了亚温淬火热处理(QLT)和深冷处理(DCT)复合热处理对其显微组织、力学性能和耐磨损性能的影响。结果表明,与常规调质(QT)、QT+DCT及QLT工艺相比,复合热处理(QLT+DCT)工艺可以显著提高ZG20CrSiMn钢的抗拉强度、韧性以及抗磨损性能。经QLT+DCT工艺处理后的ZG20CrSiMn钢,具有良好的抗拉强度及韧性,这与层片状的细小回火索氏体组织和一定比例的铁素体有关。与QT+DCT工艺处理样品对比,QLT+DCT工艺处理样品具有更好的耐磨损性能。
