退火温度对08Al冷轧板力学性能的影响Effect of annealing temperature on mechanical properties of 08Al cold-rolled sheet

摘要(Abstract):
对08Al冷轧钢板在不同退火温度下的显微组织与力学性能进行了研究,讨论了退火温度对08Al冷轧板力学性能的影响。结果表明,在退火温度为680℃时08Al冷轧板获得较为均匀的组织结构,当退火温度超过720℃时,出现晶粒异常长大和半网状、网状渗碳体;随退火温度升高,08Al冷轧板的硬度逐渐下降;屈强比先降低后升高,在680℃时相对较低。
