镍掺杂碲酸盐透明微晶玻璃的制备及性能Preparation and properties of Ni2+ doped transparent tellurite glass ceramics

摘要(Abstract):
采用传统熔融法制备了Te O2-Zn O-Bi2O3系统玻璃,用原位析晶法获得了透明碲酸盐微晶玻璃;利用差热分析、X射线衍射、扫描电镜与紫外可见分光光度计等检测技术,研究了Ni O对碲酸盐玻璃析晶性能及显微结构的影响。结果表明:在Te O2-Zn OBi2O3系统玻璃中掺杂少于1 mol%的Ni O时,可降低玻璃的热稳定性,提高玻璃的析晶能力;掺杂量多于1 mol%时,随Ni O含量的增加,玻璃热稳定性增强。Ni2+离子掺杂改变了晶体的定向生长趋势。不同含量的Ni O在碲酸盐玻璃及微晶玻璃中均以[Ni O6]与[Ni O4]两种结构共存,Ni O掺杂量为1 mol%时,可增加[Ni O6]结构,其微晶玻璃的Dq值达844 cm-1,Ni2+离子周围有序性增强。
