不同加热温度对Q225钢微观组织的影响Influence of different heating temperatures on microstructure of Q225 steel

摘要(Abstract):
对Q225钢在再结晶区进行终轧并进行不同温度的加热后空冷,利用光学显微镜观察其微观组织形貌,利用透射电子显微镜及能谱仪分析析出相的数量、形态、大小、分布及成分,利用扫描电镜的EBSD技术研究了试样的织构取、向差角分布以及真实晶粒度的测量。结果表明:随着加热温度的升高,晶粒有长大的趋势,但晶粒尺寸相差不是很大。随着加热温度的升高,亚晶界不断吸收位错,亚晶数量不断减少,晶粒之间的取向差呈大角度关系所占的比例有所增多。试样热轧织构主要是{001}<110>,随着加热温度的升高,织构强度会变得越来越弱。试样中析出相主要是圆形和方形粒子,它们是TiC,TiN和Ti(C,N),且细小、弥散分布。
