淬火态低碳板条马氏体中的残余奥氏体、孪晶亚结构与自回火碳化物THE RETAINED AUSTENITE, TWINNED SUBSTRUCTRE AND AUTO-TEMPERED CARBIDE IN AS-QUENVHED LOW CARBON, ARTENSITE

摘要(Abstract):
本文研究了Ms温度为260-430℃、含碳量为0.15~0.25%的五种淬火态低碳板条马氏体中的残余奥氏体、孪晶亚结构与自回火碳化物沉淀。低碳板条马氏体中普遍存在板条间薄膜状的残余奥氏体。低碳板条马氏体中存在少量孪晶亚结构,孪晶数量随淬火速率增加而增加。低碳板条马氏体中的自回火沉淀的碳化物有粒状与杆状两种形态,这两种形态的自回火碳化物均鉴别为Fe_3C。Ms高于300℃的钢化低于一定的淬火速率的条件下,全部板条马氏体均可产生自回火的碳化物沉淀,有较大程度的回火效果。以上这些组织特征是低碳马氏体在淬火态下具有良好的强、塑、韧配合的主要原因。
