Sip/Al基复合材料中Si相的组织演变及性能Microstructure evolution and properties of Si phase in Sip/Al composites

摘要(Abstract):
采用粉末冶金法制备Sip/Al基复合材料,利用光学显微镜及万能拉伸试验机对Sip/Al复合材料中Si相形貌演变规律和力学性能进行了研究,用奥斯特瓦尔德熟化机制解释了Si颗粒长大机理。研究表明:随着烧结温度的提高,Sip/Al复合材料中Si元素先脱溶析出形成细小的Si颗粒后聚集长大。Sip/Al基复合材料热挤压后,基体中分布着弥散的Si颗粒,固溶处理后,Si颗粒形态发生钝化变得圆整,而固溶处理4 h后,Si颗粒聚集长大并出现搭接现象。Sip/Al基复合材料抗拉强度随着固溶时间的延长先增加后降低,在固溶处理2 h时达到最大值228.1 MPa。
