Co含量对Fe80-xCoxZr8Mo2B9Cu1合金热稳定性和组织的影响Effect of Co content on thermal stability and microstructure of Fe80-xCoxZr8Mo2B9Cu1 alloys

摘要(Abstract):
采用单辊快淬法制备3种Fe80-xCoxZr8Mo2B9Cu1(x=10、20、30)非晶合金,并对3种合金进行不同温度热处理,研究Co含量对该系列合金热稳定性和微观组织的影响。利用差热分析仪(DTA),X射线衍射仪(XRD)和透射电镜(TEM)等仪器测量样品的热性能和微观组织。研究结果表明,高Co含量合金的热稳定性较差。3种合金的晶化过程相似,晶化过程初期仅析出α-Fe(Co)晶粒。Co含量的增加增大了合金的平均晶粒尺寸。
