保护气体氮对双相不锈钢焊接接头腐蚀行为的影响Effect of nitrogen addition in shielding gas on corrosion behavior of duplex stainless steel welded joints

摘要(Abstract):
采用循环极化曲线测试、慢应变速率拉伸试验,结合扫描电镜观察研究了在钨极氩弧焊的保护气体中加入2%氮气对2205双相不锈钢焊接接头的相比例、点蚀和应力腐蚀开裂敏感性的影响。结果表明,虽然焊接导致材料中γ相含量降低,点蚀和应力腐蚀的敏感性增大,但与100%氩气的保护气体相比,加入2%氮气后促进了γ相转变,使焊接接头两相比例接近于母材,并使焊接对点蚀和应力腐蚀的不利影响受到有效抑制。
