Fe-xC-1.5B合金的微观组织及耐磨性Microstructure and wear resistance of Fe-xC-1.5B alloy

摘要(Abstract):
利用OM、XRD、SEM、宏观硬度测试与冲击磨料磨损试验,研究Fe-xC-1.5B合金(x=0.6mass%~1.5mass%)的微观组织演变以及硬度与耐磨性的变化规律。结果表明:Fe-xC-1.5B合金的凝固组织主要由α-Fe、Fe_3C和共晶硼化物或者硼碳化物(Fe_2B、Fe_3(C,B)和Fe_(23)(C,B)_6)组成,共晶硼化物和硼碳化物分别呈鱼骨状和菊花状分布;随着碳含量的增加,共晶硼化物或者硼碳化物明显增多,合金的硬度为40~47HRC、相对耐磨性是亚共晶高铬铸铁的0.9~1.3倍,表现出优异的耐磨性。
