热轧碳钢/不锈钢复合板结合界面碳钢的组织演变Microstructure evolution of carbon steel at interface of carbon steel/stainless steel clad plate by hot rolling

摘要(Abstract):
研究了不同热轧工艺制度下碳钢/不锈钢复合板中碳钢界面组织的演变规律。结果表明,碳钢轧制后界面处压成微小粒子的奥氏体难以析出珠光体,轧制压力促使其发生相变形成铁素体区。单道次轧制结合界面有碳化物薄层析出,并随压下率增加而变厚,第二道次轧制碳原子在内应力作用下扩散碳化物层消失。铁素体内部析出碳化物使剪切强度增加,碳化物薄层使剪切强度降低。
