热处理工艺对一种镍基P/M高温合金组织性能的影响Effect of heat treatment processes on microstructure and properties of a P/M Ni-based superalloy

摘要(Abstract):
研究不同热处理工艺对一种粉末冶金镍基高温合金组织性能的影响。从两种工艺热处理的俄罗斯的该类合金盘件上部分截取试样并进行了组织性能对比分析。结果表明,在γ'相完全溶解温度以上固溶处理后,淬火冷却速度和随后的时效方式直接影响γ'强化相、二次碳、硼化物析出的形貌、尺寸和分布。两种工艺热处理的试样中γ'强化相和碳、硼化物的不同匹配度决定其各自达到最佳的综合力学性能。二者的室温冲击韧性和650℃,980 MPa条件下的低周疲劳寿命和持久性能水平相当,相比之下,工艺Ⅰ试样的拉伸强度低于工艺Ⅱ试样,但工艺Ⅰ试样的塑性高于工艺Ⅱ。
