激光强化纳米Ni-SiO2复合镀层微观组织及性能Microstructure and performance of Ni-SiO2 nano-composite coating strengthened by laser remelting

摘要(Abstract):
在P20塑料模具钢表面制备了Ni/nano-SiO2复合镀层并利用CO2激光器进行强化处理。所采用的激光输出功率为2.0~3.1kW,扫描速度为0.8~2m/min。对纳米复合镀层、纳米复合镀激光强化层的显微组织结构进行分析,并测试了其硬度和耐磨性。结果表明:通过高能量密度的激光处理,强化层组织结构为多面体纳米SiO2颗粒,且消除了镀层原有缺陷(如间隙、微裂纹),强化层硬度、耐磨性在纳米复合镀层的基础上进一步提高。
