Ti-Al-CuO体系热压反应合成TiAl基复合材料Reaction synthesis of in situ Al2O3 particle reinforced TiAl matrix composites by hot-pressing Ti-Al-CuO powders

摘要(Abstract):
以Ti粉和Al粉为原料,并添加不同含量CuO粉体进行掺杂,经真空热压烧结制得了TiAl基复合材料。结合热分析,X射线衍射分析及扫描电镜分析对该体系的反应合成过程及CuO添加量对产物微结构的影响进行研究。结果表明:Al熔化后分别对Ti、CuO颗粒润湿并发生反应,热压反应温度在800℃时,生成了Al3Ti中间产物。热压烧结温度达到1000℃时,合成了由TiAl,Al2O3,Al6.1Cu1.2Ti2.7三种物相组成的复合材料。其基体主要由TiAl和Al6.1Cu1.2Ti2.7两相组成,增强相Al2O3为Al-CuO置换反应生成,且其颗粒细小,主要分布在基体相周围。Al6.1Cu1.2Ti2.7、Al2O3相含量随原料中CuO添加量不同而呈规律性变化。
