马氏体型沉淀硬化不锈钢时效过程的组织转变Microstructural transformation of martensite precipitation hardening stainless steel during aging process

摘要(Abstract):
采用扫描电镜、热膨胀曲线测量和XRD测试等分析手段,研究了时效温度对马氏体型沉淀硬化不锈钢(FV520B)组织的影响。逆变奥氏体在600℃以上保温开始时即开始形成,无孕育期,冷却过程中有一部分会再次转变为马氏体;随时效温度的升高,冷却到室温后的逆变奥氏体含量先升高后降低,在大约630℃时达到峰值。
