疏松铁基合金材料的本构关系及热物性参数Constitutive relationship and thermo-physical parameters in porous ferro-based alloys

摘要(Abstract):
以Cr5MoV钢屑为基体制备具有不同致密度的疏松材料,利用Gleeble-3500和TC-7000现代化测试仪器对Cr5钢疏松材料的变形抗力、热导率、热熔和热扩散系数进行了实测分析,并获得了其本构关系及热物性参数数据。结果表明:致密度越大材料的热容和导热率就越高,而热扩散系数则降低;随着温度的升高,热容参数也随着升高;而导热率和热扩散系数则下降。
