回火温度对Nb-Mo-V微合金钢中的析出物的影响Influence of tempering temperature on precipitates in Nb-Mo-V micro-alloyed steel

摘要(Abstract):
把Nb-Mo-V微合金钢在1200℃固溶0.5h后淬火,在450~650℃回火4h,用透射电镜(TEM)和三维原子探针(3DAP)分析回火组织演变和碳化物的析出特征。结果表明,随回火温度增加,高能马氏体向低能铁素体转变过程中伴随着数量和大小不同的碳化物析出,其中600℃回火样品中C-Nb-Mo-V团簇的数量密度最大,对应二次硬化的硬度峰值。在碳化物形成过程中,Nb和V比Mo优先形成碳化物。
