铌微合金在弹簧钢60Si2MnANb中的固溶规律Solubility of niobium in spring steel 60Si2MnANb

摘要(Abstract):
通过研究铌的沉淀强化及其对奥氏体晶粒粗化行为的影响,并结合扫描电子显微镜分析,揭示加热过程中铌在弹簧钢60Si2MnANb中的固溶规律。结果表明,当Nb含量为0.022%时,弹簧钢的晶粒粗化温度提高了150℃,并具有明显的沉淀强化作用;铌迅速大量固溶的开始温度为1100℃,完全固溶温度为1250~1300℃,其比晶粒粗化温度高150~200℃。
