铅包锡双金属气压充芯连铸复合界面研究Study on composite interface of lead clad tin bimetal by air pressing push-out core-filled continuous casting

摘要(Abstract):
选用低熔点的铅和锡为材料,采用"气压充芯连铸"工艺,制备出外层铅直径为12 mm,内层锡直径为8 mm的铅包锡双金属复合棒坯。设计了铅液浇注温度、连铸速度和充气压力的三因素、三水平的正交试验,对影响双金属连铸坯复合界面的因素进行了原理性研究,得出了最佳的工艺参数组合。结果表明:当铅液浇注温度为375℃,连铸速度为10 mm/min,充气压力为0.03 MPa时,连铸坯复合界面过渡层明显,表面质量良好,包覆层厚度均匀,实现了冶金结合。
