稀土Nd及热处理对Al2O3f/Mg-9Al复合材料组织和性能的影响Effects of Nd and heat treatment on microstructure and mechanical properties of Al2O3f/Mg-9Al composite

摘要(Abstract):
采用无压浸渗技术制备Al2O3f/Mg-9Al复合材料,利用金相显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪、布氏硬度计,研究了稀土Nd及热处理对复合材料组织和性能的影响。结果表明:在复合材料中添加稀土Nd元素变质处理后,基体合金的显微组织得到明显的细化,同时Mg2Si相的形成和生长得到抑制;热处理后,组织中的灰色Mg2Si相明显增加,呈现均匀分布,-βMg17Al12相在晶界上弥散分布;稀土Nd和热处理对复合材料硬度的提高都有促进作用,添加稀土Nd后复合材料的硬度从133HB增加到150HB,固溶和时效热处理后,复合材料的硬度分别达到232HB、262HB。
