Cu-3%Cr合金时效过程中显微组织和电学性能的变化Microstructure and electrical properties evolution of Cu-3%Cr during aging

摘要(Abstract):
研究了Cu-3%Cr合金500℃时效不同时间其组织和性能的变化。时效过程中合金析出了大量弥散沉淀相,合金硬度和电导率均明显增加。基于相变动力学理论推导了合金时效过程中的Avrami经验方程和电导率随时间变化的方程,所得电导率预测曲线与实测值有良好的吻合。
