热变形对低Mo管线钢X80显微组织和相变动力学的影响Effect of hot deformation on microstructure and transformation kinetics of low Mo pipeline steel X80

摘要(Abstract):
在Gleeble-1500热模拟试验机上对低Mo管线钢X80进行了不同热变形条件下的压缩试验,分析了变形温度、变形量和变形速率对材料组织特征和相变动力学的影响,结果表明:随变形温度的降低,低Mo管线钢X80奥氏体(γ)晶界变得不明显,板条贝氏体(LB)变短且数量减少,变形温度对相变动力学的影响不大;随变形量的增加,板条贝氏体和粒状贝氏体(GB)减少而针状铁素体(AF)增多,板条贝氏体束(Bainite Packet)内的M/A岛尺寸减小且分布更加弥散化,相变动力学曲线右移;随变形速率的降低,奥氏体晶界的多边形特征变得不明显,板条贝氏体数量减少,M/A岛尺寸减小且分布弥散化,相变动力学曲线右移。
