添加硅钙合金对AM60镁合金耐腐蚀性能的影响Effect of addition of silicocalcium alloy on corrosion resistance of AM60 magnesium alloy

摘要(Abstract):
利用化学浸泡实验法和电化学测试法研究了添加硅钙合金对AM60镁合金耐腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明,硅钙合金加入后细化了AM60合金的显微组织、形成了新的耐腐蚀相—Mg2Si相、使β-Mg17Al12相的含量增多,从而使合金的腐蚀电位正移、腐蚀电流密度和腐蚀速率降低,合金的耐腐蚀性得到有效改善。
