SPS法制备Cu-10Cr复合材料的电弧特性Arc erosion characteristics of Cu-10Cr composite prepared by spark plasma sintering

摘要(Abstract):
抗电弧侵蚀性能是衡量电接触材料性能的重要指标,本文对采用放电等离子烧结技术(简称SPS法)制备出的Cu-10Cr复合材料进行电接触试验,研究了其在直流、阻性负载条件下材料的损失、转移情况,通过扫描电镜观察材料电弧侵蚀后的形貌并对形貌特征进行了表征。结果表明:在电流强度小于30 A条件下,材料未发生明显转移,但触头阴极和阳极均有一定的损耗;当电流强度大于35 A时,材料从阴极向阳极转移,并且随电流强度增大转移量随之增加;电弧侵蚀后触头表面呈现如气孔、裂缝和凹坑等形貌特征,且随电流强度增大而越明显;电流增加,熔焊力增大,接触电阻则有所降低。
