控制冷却工艺对SA213-T12锅炉钢组织性能的影响Effects of controlled cooling process on microstructure and mechanical properties of SA213-T12 boiler steel

摘要(Abstract):
通过Gleeble-3500热模拟试验机,结合光学显微镜、扫描电镜、透射电镜对SA213-T12锅炉钢在不同冷却速度下控冷后高温回火后的组织性能进行了分析。结果表明:随热模拟控冷速度升高,显微组织中铁素体含量减少,贝氏体含量逐渐增多;在10℃/s的速度控冷下,700℃回火保温70 min后的SA213-T12钢的显微组织为铁素体+贝氏体,晶粒度级别达11.3级,微观组织结构中析出弥散细小的纳米碳化物,综合性能较好。
