钛/铝异种金属熔钎焊工艺的研究进展Research progress on welding-brazing technology of titanium/aluminum dissimilar metals

摘要(Abstract):
钛与铝是轻质高强合金的典型代表,在“空天海化”领域有着广阔的应用场景。钛/铝异种金属构件能充分发挥各自的优异性能,提升经济效益。随着国防与“空天海化”事业的快速发展,钛/铝异种金属连接件也受到了高度的重视,而熔钎焊工艺为钛/铝的可靠连接提供了可行方案。本文较为详细地介绍了钛/铝异种金属熔钎焊工艺的研究进展,重点综述了激光熔钎焊、电弧熔钎焊、电子束熔钎焊3种工艺方法的研究进展,并对其发展进行了展望。
