新型冷作模具钢SDC99性能Research on properties of a new developed cold work die steel SDC99

摘要(Abstract):
对比研究了4种Cr8型模具钢的硬度、冲击韧性、抗弯强度及耐磨性能,借助JMatPro分别计算Cr8和Cr12型模具钢的碳化物类型与数量,讨论Cr8型模具钢合金化原理。结果表明:新型高强韧冷作模具钢SDC99成分设计合理,实物质量与进口钢相当。Cr8型模具钢通过成分调整,降低M7C3型莱氏体碳化物含量,大幅度提高冲击韧性;同时提高Mo、V等强碳化物形成元素含量,以增加二次碳化物,保证碳化物总量,提高耐磨性;加入Ni、Si等非碳化物形成元素细化晶粒,强化基体,增强韧性。
